Insight Eyecare deserves a shout out for really going above and beyond with their customer service. I got a pair of glasses here that I LOVE about 4 or 5 years ago and they broke recently. Lauren did everything in her power to try and track down the same frames I got last time. Unfortunately they were discontinued but the fact she and the team put in so much effort to try and find them for me really meant a lot. I ended up finding another pair in store that I loved so either way, i walked away very happy. 10000/10 recommend.

My wife and I both came in with separate appointments this past week and had a stellar experience. The staff was exceptional and welcomed me as I walked in. I waited no more than five minutes to be seen and I was in and out of the office in a half hour, tops. They then allowed me to call my wife to meet me there so we could both look at options for glasses, despite it being past closing time. I am very happy we decided to come in! Bonus points because they referred to the puff of air test I am so used to at other locations as "barbaric" and "outdated."

She’s an incredibly patient, knowledgeable and fun opthamologist who listens to your concerns and involves you in the plan making process! I love her staff, especially Reema, who welcomes you and makes the insurance and billing information a breeze to go through! They are all absolutely kind! Dr. Timko is worth making the long drive for!
